- NOTES -
- Minimum 2 night stay at all times
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservation
- Balance is payable 30 days prior to booking date
- Arrival time is any time after 2.00PM with departure by 10.00AM
- A bond may be payable for certain bookings
- We reserve the right to charge a fee, if the house is left in an abnormally messy and/or dirty state. (Including unwashed dishes)
- Possum Grove is a working farm and plantation, at times staff may be working on the farm as part of its required operation.
- CANCELLATIONS -
- Between 21 and 60 Days prior to booking date - 50% of deposit will be forfeited
- Up to 21 days prior to booking date - 100% of deposit will be forfeited
- Within 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of total price will be forfeited
- Any changes or rescheduling of any booking will incure a fee of 50% of total booking amomunt
